The Executive
We have 13 voting members: three councillors from each district (Cotswold, Forest of Dean, Stroud & Tewkesbury), and a Clerks' rep
Strategic Plan
In February 2022 our executive met to conceive the organisation's strategic objectives for the coming four-year period
Annual Reports
The organisation's AGM is held in July every year. Three weeks before this we circulate our annual report for the period to all member councils
Internal Policies
These are the policies governing the organisation, including home and alone working, our financial regulations, a social media policy and whistleblowing
CEO's Reports
Once a quarter, when the Executive Committee meets, the CEO produces a report on what work the staff has been involved in on over the past three months and which projects we are leading on. It includes a financial snapshot.

Constitution
GAPTC is an unincorporated not-for-profit organisation with an Executive Committee that oversees its governance. It meets four times a year, and at the AGM, to note financials and ensure GAPTC is meeting its strategic objectives.
